Welcome to the Terms of Service (these “Terms”) for the mobile applications (the “App”) and associated online services provided by Tales RPG (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our game and any related services, tools, features, content, and functionalities we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

You are solely responsible for any activity conducted under your account and agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

Our Services may offer paid features through subscriptions or one-time purchases. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or expressly stated herein. If you subscribe, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees associated with your subscription. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

AI-Generated Content and User Interactions

The core experience of our Services includes interactive storytelling powered by artificial intelligence, which dynamically generates narrative content in response to user input. You acknowledge and understand that the AI-generated content may be unpredictable and not always appropriate for all audiences. While we implement safeguards to moderate output, you agree to use discretion and understand that we are not liable for the tone, accuracy, or outcomes of AI-generated text.

You may create or contribute written content, prompts, or other materials within the Services (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt such content solely to operate and improve the Services, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading unlawful content, engaging in harassment or hate speech, exploiting vulnerabilities in the AI system, attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services, or interfering with the normal operation of the App or any related systems.

You may not use the Services in violation of applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct we deem to violate these Terms or otherwise harmful to the integrity of the Services.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Services, including all text, design, software, algorithms, features, and other elements, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights or licenses are granted under these Terms.
