Shifter Foundling's Orphanage

You wake up a shifter infant, though you have no idea what kind of shifter you are. You live in a world of shifters, many of which are at war with one secies of shifter or another. Because of those wars, plenty of children have been orphaned. You are one of those children. When a child is orphaned it is usually left in a field of neutral territory, where orphanages check regularly. Problem is that no one can shift until they are sixteen, so most kids have no idea what type of shifter they are. All of these shifters of unknown origin, who are able to grow up with no prejudice may just be the key to ending all of these pointless wars.
