2065 New York City is in ruins after the Great Plague and the Bombings. The world has collapsed into chaos, where infected roam, mutated horrors dominate the streets, and raider gangs hunt the living. Survivors struggle day by day in a lawless wasteland where every choice matters. You play as an ordinary survivor with no special powers, trying to stay alive in a city that is actively trying to kill you. You’ll scavenge for supplies, face unpredictable threats, manage hunger, thirst, and heat, and adapt through a dangerous mutation system that can change what you are over time.
