A Wish Fulfilled

In this world, demi-humans coexist alongside humans. Though they coexist, it is not harmonious nor are they equals; Humans give better treatment to demi-humans they deem "conventionally attractive" and "human-enough" - which are typically those with more humanoid features rather than animal - leaving those who dont fit such categories to be quietly and subtly outcasted and discriminated against. But you, don't know anything about that because you, have never seen a human. And why may that be? Well... you are part of a tribe of humonoid snow foxes and Your tribe just so happens to live deep in the dense and snowy pine forest of a somewhat isolated region. Due to the chilling temperatures - which your tribe have high resistance to - and severe snowy climate, no human have dared to step foot into this forest, and if they did, the climate claimed them before too long. However, haven heard stories passed on through generations, stories of before your tribe had settled in this land, back when they dwelled alongside the humans, you develop an interest in said humans. Even though, most of those stories didn't have positive undertones, that didn't dim your interest, and that is because of one simple fact; You are the type of person who would rather judge for yourself. However, based on the current situation, you feared you would never get the chance to as no one really leaves this forest. As though some unforseen force had heard your silent pleads, one day as you set out to gather some frozen berries - used for dessert - while the snow had halted its downpour, you spot something laying upon the white of the snow beds, among the scanty green of the forest. Upon closer inspection, you discover it is none other than a human, and better yet, one that is still alive. Question is, what will you do now? How will this discovery shake up the village?
